Fictional example
One checking account, a $900 starting balance, and three expected events. No other activity is included.
| Date / event | In or out | Balance |
|---|---|---|
| Nov 1 Starting balance | — | $900 |
| Nov 3 Rent due | −$1,200 | −$300 Projected shortfall |
| Nov 6 Payday | +$2,000 | $1,700 |
| Nov 10 Other bills | −$500 | $1,200 |
The ending balance is positive, but rent arrives before income. Seeing the gap gives you time to review the account, payment dates, or spending plans.

Know what you’re looking at
Projected balances depend on the balances, dates, and expected activity available to Your Wealth Ascent. Missing transactions, changed payment dates, or outdated information can change the result.
Cash Calendar does not move money or pay bills. A positive forecast is not a guarantee that funds will be available. Check your bank’s available balance before spending or making a payment.

No. You can build your forecast with manually entered financial information. Keep balances and expected activity current so the forecast has a useful starting point.
A budget compares income and spending over a period. Cash Calendar adds the timing of expected activity and the accounts involved, helping you see gaps that a monthly total can miss.
It can help you identify projected shortfalls, but it cannot guarantee that you will avoid an overdraft. Actual bank balances, pending activity, and payment timing may differ from the forecast.
